DAD9747

The DAD9747 is a high dynamic range DAC, dual channel analog-to-digital converter with 16 bit resolution and a sampling rate of up to 250MSPS. Can output multi carrier broadband signals within the Nyquist frequency band. Specially designed internally for direct frequency conversion transmission applications, including gain and bias compensation. The DAC output can seamlessly connect with an analog quadrature modulator. Using a 4-wire SPI interface, DAC can be configured, read, and other operations. The DAC output current is configured from 8.6mA to 31.7mA.
